Mentoring

NZVA and AVA have mentoring programs that establish relationships between final year students and experienced veterinarians. The aim is to help students make a successful transition into practice by providing informal support and advice.

These programs and pages will be further developed over time. Details of the current programs are listed at the links below. There are also resources for mentors and mentees in this section.
